Monte Albán in pictures, not words, for today's post. Enjoy!

I love the first picture with the beautiful contrast between the perfect pillowy clouds and the blue sky against the almost bare tree.
Sometimes, regardless of who is holding it, the camera does amazing things.
Mike: I have just caught up with all your postings - and I'm not sure whether I prefer your words or photos. Both are terrific. I love your various descriptions, be they of the language class or the cab driver and the song lyrics spewing out of his radio, or trying to find ruins. Your seeking of the oldest tree was a fine blend of tourist bemusement and factual weaving. I got a great sense of how big it really is. You are a natural travel writer. Keep it up.
Dad: Thanks for the kind words. I promise you can continue to read my posts if you pay for my next five weeks of Spanish classes. (Joking)
